PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia (KPSI) is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East & North Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:

1. NURSERY ASSISTANT (NRY-ASST)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Nursery Operation for Forest Plantation (HTI) with new technology for Eucalyptusbased on planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, budgeting, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.

§ Min. 3 years experience in a similar position.

2. PERSONAL ASSISTANT MARINE OFFICER (PAM-OFC)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in data support of barge, vessel & ship activities with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma Degree in Marine Academic or related.

· English and computer literacy are a must.

· Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

3. WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR– HE & TR (WS-SPV)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.

Requirement:

· Min. Diploma degree Technic Machine.

· Min. of 3 years experience as Workshop HE & TR Supervisor.

4. AUTO ELECTRIC/MECHANIC–HE & TR (AUTO-M)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced as Auto Electric/Mechanic maintenance Truck (TR) & Heavy Equipment (HE) Maintenance.

Requirement:

· Min. SMK, 3 years experience as Mechanic Workshop HE & TR.

5. PLANTATION ASSISTANT/ASKEP (PLT-ASST)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plantation in Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy or related.

· Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

6. PLANNING/GIS ASSISTANT/ASKEP (GIS-ASST)

The ideal candidate will be understanding inForest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, able to operate Arc GIS, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Geografi, Forestry or Agriculture.Familiar to operate Arc GIS and Survey tolls.Min. 2 year experience in a similar position.

7. HARVESTING ASSISTANT/ASKEP (HVS-SUPT)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plan, implement and control wood harvesting process, Heavy Equipment & Truck operation in Forest Plantation Industry (HTI) with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Technic Machine or related.

· Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

8. SOCIAL SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL-AKP)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced indemonstrate the ability of communicate effectively, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relationswith excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.Good Government & Social RelationsMin. 3 years in a similar position.

General Requirements:

¨ High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality

¨ Willing to work in Balikpapan, Site Forestry at PPU-Kaltim or Malinau-Kaltara,
