Supervisor / Head Paving Block

Job Description

Supervise the activities of production of paving block
Prepare material requirements planning / production of raw materials and to supervise the production process to achieve the production targets set
Oversee and ensure the quality of materials / production of raw materials and products
Develop planning needs and ensure the availability of production units according to customer demand and production capacity
Prepare schedule and coordinate care production units both routine maintenance and long-term care
Conduct a human resource planning is needed in the plants operations
Ensure, monitor and handle customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction
Ensuring that the operations of the plant concerned and comply with safety and working environment
Conducting an intensive and effective communication both internally to employees and the community around plants

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Physical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Has 3-7 years experience in Plant Supervisor or Project leader in construction or plant
Max 35 years old
Fluent spoken and written in English
Placement in Samboja, Kalimantan Timur
