PT. Bukit Intan Indoperkasa is the leading Mining Contractors, supplier, providing products and services to Mining Company.

We invite highly qualified professionals to apply for the following position:

Engineering Dept. Head

Qualification :

· Male max. 45 years old

· Min 10 years experience in Mining Industrial (Enginer) and a similar function

· Min. Qualification, Diploma (D3) Technical Machine or, Mechanical.

· Have Certificate POP.

· Min. GPA 2.75

Responsibilities and Duties:

Create, maintain engineering design procedures and facilitate knowledgeGive advie to Project Manager/Management regarding the mine software used and assess the level of skill and knowledge of site personnelReview and check the quality/quantity mine planning data form client dan reconcile the data against actualProvide expertise to the business relating to mine engineering system (advice, training, coaching) and competencis of the engineersRegularly meet and coordinate with Project Manager related annual plan to be implemented at siteEnsure contract specification from client are followed, maintained and implemented properly at site

· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

· To help Project Manager to manage project budget

· Coordinate with Project Manager to make Plan and schedule project timelines

· Define project tasks and resource requirements

· Complete required reports, records, and other documentations as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Analyst production and plan activityGood strong Technical aspect of mining/Earth moving and production statisticUnderstand business process productionUnderstand application and equipment capcity, Drilling & blasting technique and hard rock mining operationStrong leadership, good communication, multitasking, fast learning, working flexible, Pro active.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

· Ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines and function effectively in a fast paced work environment.

· High integrity, honest, trustworthy and accurate.

· Has Positive attitude & personality, high responsibility, hard working and high enthusiasm towards work.

· Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin - Kalsel
